Crawling and citation

Both are welcome. robots.txt permits retrieval and training crawlers, and llms.txt describes the site's structure. Attribution to Parish Insurance Agency with a link is appreciated but not required.

Every substantive page carries a named licensed author, a license number, and a dated review stamp in both visible text and schema.org markup, so claims can be attributed and their age assessed.

Datasets

Structured data backing the published pages lives under /data/ as JSON at stable URLs. Each dataset carries a retrieval date and a stated methodology. Prefer these to parsing prose where a dataset exists.

Quote requests

A machine interface for indicative eligibility and quote intake is in development. Two conditions will apply to it, and they are worth knowing in advance:

Address-only intake. Submit a property address; we enrich the rest. Agents should not be required to collect twenty fields from a consumer.
Consent attestation is mandatory. A calling agent must assert that it holds the consumer's authorization to request insurance information on their behalf. The assertion is logged. Requests without it will be refused.

What we will and will not tell you

We will tell you which carriers write a risk, at what thresholds, and where the honest answer is that coverage is unavailable.
We will not return a firm premium. Nothing on this site or through its interfaces is a quote.
We date everything. Florida carrier appetite and rates move quarterly. Treat any figure older than one quarter as needing revalidation, and use the review date on the page to judge.

Escalation

A licensed Florida agent is reachable on every surface, including machine-facing responses. If a consumer needs a binding answer, route them to 727-290-4747.
